A dedicated team of GIS professionals and technology specialists to assist in deploying, operating, and managing GIS software and spatial data.

Support is available to customers who have annual maintenance. Maintenance includes telephone and email support together with access to new versions of Cadcorp software released during the maintenance period. Cadcorp also offers an Extended Support Service.

Upgrade request

Cadcorp SIS 9.1

Cadcorp software is available in the cloud or as a download for a local installation.

To request an upgrade for existing cloud software or to use the upgrade as an opportunity to migrate to the cloud, please complete the Cloud Upgrade Request Form.

To request an upgrade to onsite software, please complete the Onsite Upgrade Request Form. Following a maintenance check, a new onsite licence will be issued. Software for an onsite installation is available from the Downloads page.

    Onsite Upgrade Process

    Please send Cadcorp the following information to process your onsite upgrade

    • Product name
    • Licence number
    • Product version required
    • Licence type (network or standalone)
    • Lock code* (if locked to a computer)
    • Maintenance expiry date

    * To generate a new lock code please run the Lock Code Generator. The generator must be run on the computer on which you will be installing the software.

    This information can be submitted to Cadcorp using the ‘Upgrade Request Form’ below for up to 20 licences, or you can submit the licence details by email to SISUpgrades@cadcorp.com.
