Password Security

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Cadcorp’s Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Website Use excludes or limits Cadcorp’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
To the extent permitted by law, Cadcorp excludes all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
Cadcorp will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use the Website;
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website;
- loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;

Viruses
Cadcorp does not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.
