At the Cadcorp Housing Conference 2025, we explored the many ways in which Housing Associations are successfully communicating with their tenants.
A key discussion point throughout the day was the increased importance of resident engagement following the introduction of 22 Tenant Satisfaction Measures in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.
