Cadcorp Support Services during the COVID-19 outbreak
Business Continuity Plan
Cadcorp is closely tracking the spread of the COVID-19 virus and will respond in a proportionate way consistent with the latest guidance from the government and the NHS. We continue to monitor the situation and will make necessary arrangements for our customers, partners and employees as the situation develops. We strongly encourage our staff to follow government and health service guidelines at all times.
Meetings and Events
Our meetings and events are now being held in remote or virtual environments to allow our activities to continue while minimising the risk to our employees, partners and customers. This can include training as well as technical consultancy and support if appropriate.
Customer events and conferences that are scheduled to take place in the coming months will be kept under review. If an event has to be cancelled, updates will be provided as soon as the situation is confirmed.
The majority of our employees are working from home or other remote locations and can access our corporate network and systems. We have put in place systems to ensure that this capability is available to all employees at all times.
We would like to reassure Cadcorp customers and partners of our ability to continue to provide support services during this period.
- Cadcorp Support and Services employees have full remote access to our support systems and will continue to offer support to customers and partners
- If required, we are able to call on the assistance of a number of Cadcorp technical employees in other teams who can assist with support, also working remotely
If you would like to discuss this in further detail, please contact your account manager or the customer support team.
