Cadcorp SIS 9 service release provides additional benefits to users
Cadcorp continues to provide industry leading support for Ordnance Survey® (OS®) data products. As part of the OS Public Sector Plan for PSGA members, Cadcorp SIS Desktop users can now benefit from direct access to the OS Places API. This is in addition to the OS Features API, the OS Maps API and the OS Vector Tile API.
Organisations who use Cadcorp SIS WebMap for Power BI to embed an interactive map in Microsoft Power BI, can now benefit from support for polygons and lines. In addition to working with point data, this new support allows users to select both polygons and lines within their Power BI map visual and interact with other visuals within the report. A refresh option has been added to the SIS WebMap for Power BI visual to update dynamic data, such as moving vehicles, within the background map.
