Cadcorp Housing Conference 2024 – Presentations
Housing and land management professionals joined us in Birmingham for the Cadcorp Housing Conference 2024. During the conference, we explored how unlocking property insights enables Housing Associations to increase efficiencies, meet corporate strategies, and improve the quality of homes and neighbourhoods.
After a Cadcorp land and property sector update, we demonstrated how empowering location for informing corporate decision-making can be achieved with SIS Desktop and SIS WebMap. Great Places Housing Group further illustrated this approach by presenting key uses and how their organisation is deriving meaningful insights from spatial data.
An emerging trend from the housing sector is increased demand for full-service GIS support. Leveraging geospatial insights for teams, activities, and projects outlined how a managed service can complement in-house skills and be instrumental in exceeding return on investment expectations.
The conference was supported by Ordnance Survey® with an insightful presentation on how to build a comprehensive portfolio view by connecting data. This was followed by a Cadcorp demonstration of how Housing Associations can make use of the OS National Geographic Database (OS NGD) to deliver safe and healthy homes.
The conference ended by examining industry innovations and extending return on investment for the land and property sector. Collaboration was paramount throughout the conference, and delegates took the opportunity to network and exchange ideas.
