Cadcorp awarded G-Cloud 10 status
The G-Cloud Programme is a cross government initiative with the aim of introducing cloud ICT services into government departments, local authorities and the wider public sector. Acceptance into the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace means that the basic terms of Cadcorp’s cloud-based services have already been agreed following a formal Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) procurement process. The Digital Marketplace enables public sector organisations to buy services more quickly because they don’t have to run a full tender.
The Cadcorp offering is categorised under cloud software. The hosted services include Web Map Layers internet and intranet web mapping, Web Map Express publishing and map viewing, an Ordnance Survey Open Data and Premium Data map service, the Notice Board spatial dashboard, and the Cadcorp INSPIRE Data Publisher Service.
